Beat the Winter Blues – Quilters’ Blog Hop Party

What beats the winter blues better than cuddling up under an old worn quilt?  How about making a brand new quilt?  I LOVE piecing quilts in the wintertime...and quilting them...well, we'll save that discussion for another day.  Let's just say, I love to piece, I like to hand quilt, but I haven't quite gotten the hang of machine quilting!?!?!?

Anyway, today, I'd like to tell you about a friend of mine, Kimberly Crenshaw of Divine Inspirations! Kimberly designs beautiful patterns resulting in stunning quilts!  Her pattern instructions are well written and easy to follow.  She includes clear diagrams in full color  and generally designs with precut fabrics in mind (jelly rolls, layer cakes, charms, etc.), making construction quick and easy.  Kimberly even lets you know when it's a good time to stop and take a break!

Currently, Kimberly is also putting together a table runner series featuring puppies.  She would like to donate a percentage of the proceeds to an animal shelter!  Please visit Kimberly Crenshaw's Divine Inspirations Facebook Page or Etsy Shop for more information about these amazing patterns!  And...Kimberly is releasing a new pattern this summer and it's one you'll definitely want to make for the holidays!

And now, what you've all been waiting for...

Kimberly and I have put together a giveaway for one lucky reader:  these 2 fabulous patterns by Kimberly Crenshaw's Divine Inspirations plus a free shipping coupon to her Etsy Shop!

And...three additional readers will also win free shipping coupons to Kimberly's Etsy Shop!

You've got up to 3 chances to enter:
1.  Leave a comment on this post describing what quilty projects you're currently working on.
2.  Follow my blog (see left margin) and leave a comment on this post letting me know that you did!
3.  Follow Kimberly on Facebook - leave a comment below letting me know that you did.

This giveaway closes on March 14, 2013.
